Have been using the 20 UMF to help heal a fistula that began as an abscess in a region that's hard to keep clean and sanitized. This honey is excellent and so healing, and really appreciate the glass jar and gorgeous packaging. It has helped heal the wound, although some stressors caused it to break open again and I had to start over, but did not fear because the honey had previously removed the chronic bacterial infection in the abscess pocket and helped the fistula close up.
Now, because the wound was a little angry at re-opening, I have also been using a couple drops of 99.9% DMSO along with the honey and it's accelerated the healing time vastly. The DMSO helps drive the antibacterial manuka deeper into the tissues and within less than two weeks has resealed the wound and eliminated the urgent pain I was feeling at bacterial re-infection.
Bonus is that I get to lick the spoon, but didn't want to waste this precious medicine (it's lasted about a year using a very small dab twice daily). So now I've also ordered the 3 pack of the UMF 15 at a great deal so I can use some for my face and gut (who am I kidding, I just want that delicious nectar on my tongue!) I am grateful to have found Primal by Nature and it's worth every penny.

I loved how thick, but also smooth and creamy this product is. Goes down a treat with a sore throat, I couldn't get enough of it! Quite good on the gut too, though I haven't been using it for long enough to get the full effects. Would definitely recommend!
